Domestic Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS. Once payment is received, orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Domestic deliveries are typically received within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. All shipments within the United States require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your purchase. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

International Shipping

Shipping for all international orders is calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates. All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shipments crossing international borders are subject to customs regulations, import duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing. Icetime is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed upon delivery.

Returns

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns:

International buyers may return their purchase; however, any return shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes will be the buyer's responsibility. Additionally, international returns are subject to a 40% deduction for tariffs and duties. All other aspects of the return policy listed above still apply for international returns.

Items must be unworn and in original packaging with all authenticity materials included.
